Using a voucher /refunds

There are a few ways to buy from or use My Wedding Deals. All voucher and product listings provide unique descriptions of each Deal and how you can claim the Deal. Each voucher and product listing will work differently, so be sure to check out the product descriptions, How to Book and Small Print of all vouchers and physical products you are interested in.

For most vouchers, you'll likely need to make a booking with the supplier in advance of using your voucher. Some vouchers have a last date for booking, so please be aware of this and make the booking within the agreed timescale.

Suppliers may ask for your order number when making a booking. All order numbers are unique, cannot be used twice and are present on all order confirmation emails that get sent to you.

If your voucher says no advance booking is required, then you are welcome to head to or contact the wedding supplier, whenever you like, subject to the opening times on the vouchers/product description.

All suppliers are happy to accept vouchers and products purchased via your smart phone. All email confirmations will show the order you have placed and the amount spent. Suppliers can use these emails to confirm the order.

For all refunds, please view the Refunds and Exchanges section of the voucher/product you would like to / have purchased. This will let you know if refunds or exchanges are granted and how to redeem.
